The Department of Veterans Affairs goal was to capture authentic scenarios of various VA employees, veteran patients and volunteers to support high visibility advertising campaigns.
Our staff was hired to shoot advertising photography for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our project manager started a kick-off meeting with the contracting officer, the program manager, and the public relations manager to gather requirements and to make sure everyone was on the same page.
With that information, our team was able to over-deliver and provide more photos and edits than needed because we were efficient with our time. Our producer handled all of the logistical and scheduling aspects of the project and was able to put our team in a situation where we could include more photos than what was originally requested.
The client was especially happy with our ability to provide over 200 more edited photos than originally requested by the statement of work.
